The arbitration shall under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be three (3). The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English.
